Exciting Activities at AGT Academy
- Factory Tours: Discover AGT Robotics’ world-class facilities and see robots in action, while learning about the most advanced manufacturing technologies.
- Robotics Workshops: Take part in hands-on challenges, where students can operate our remote-controlled industrial robots to better understand the benefits and challenges of automation.
- Introduction to Welding: Participate in interactive welding workshops, where students can create their own metalwork pieces, discovering the art and science of welding.
- Mentorship Opportunities: Work with experienced professionals on robotics projects and receive mentorship to help guide your future in STEM fields.
Supporting Youth Initiatives: Robotique FIRST Québec
AGT Academy proudly supports Robotique FIRST Québec, offering programs like the LEGO League and Techno Challenge to foster STEM skills in youth from ages 4 to 18. We are honored to sponsor Ultime 5528, the robotics team from Institut Secondaire Keranna, which has empowered students in programming, design, electronics, and communication for over a decade. Their dedication aligns perfectly with our commitment to education and innovation.
In the same spirit of support, we sponsor the Engineering Department at Cégep de Trois-Rivières, which participates in the Robotfly competition. We welcome them into our facilities and provide access to industry professionals in their field of study.
Robotfly is a competition between France and Quebec, and by offering our guidance, we help these young talents gain valuable exposure to the professional world.
